Returns, Exchanges, Shipping & Store Credit Policy

At Klan Hats we want you to love your hat as much as we loved designing it. While all sales are final, we offer support for damaged items, fair store credit options, and reliable shipping. Please review our policies below before placing your order.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Options: Calculated at checkout based on your location.

Tracking: A tracking link will be sent via email once your order ships.

Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost Packages: If your package is marked "delivered" but hasn’t arrived, contact us within 7 days so we can help investigate with the shipping carrier.

Returns

All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged (see "Exchanges" below).

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, fit, or style preference.

Items must be in their original condition: unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Exchanges (for Damaged Items Only)
We stand behind the craftsmanship of our hats. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we’ll gladly issue store credit to make it right.

Eligibility:

You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

After Return:

Send the item back using the provided label.

Once received and inspected by our manufacturer, we’ll issue you store credit equal to the value of the original item (excluding shipping).

Store credit can be used on any future purchase and does not expire.
Items reported after 48 hours or showing signs of wear may not be eligible for store credit.

Store Credit

Store credit is issued as a digital gift code.
-
It can be used toward any product in our shop.
-
Store credit is non-refundable and never expires.

You can apply it at checkout just like a regular discount or gift card.
