Purchasing In Person

  • We accept major credit/debit cards, digital payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.), and cash.

  • All prices are final as marked, unless a promotional offer is clearly advertised.

  • Our team is happy to answer questions about materials, sizing, or care — don’t hesitate to ask!

Online Orders

  • Orders can be placed 24/7 through our website.

  • Payments are processed securely via trusted payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

  • Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email followed by a shipping notification with tracking info.

Shipping Policy

  • We currently ship domestically and internationally.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Free shipping may be offered during special promotions — stay tuned!

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

Payment Policy

Product Availability

  • Each hat design is made in limited quantities to maintain uniqueness.

  • If an item sells out, we may restock depending on demand — sign up for restock notifications or contact us to express interest.

  • Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee its availability at checkout.

Order Issues

  • If there’s a problem with your order (missing item, wrong size received, etc.), please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Gift Orders

  • Want to send a hat as a gift? We offer optional gift packaging and custom notes at checkout.

  • Gift receipts exclude pricing information.
